Return policy

If you have made a purchase, you can make a return no later than 30 days from the order date, returning the item in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in the original box.

To request a return, follow these instructions.
First of all write an email to support@geberfashion.com indicating the order number and the type of operation you intend to do (Return / Change) in the subject of the email.
In the text of the message, specify the date of purchase, your contact details and your address.
If you want to make a change, please specify other model or size for replacement.
If you want to make a return, please specify the reason and in case of any defects on the product, remember to attach a photo showing the detail of the problem encountered.

Change request

If it is a change, the costs for item pickup and delivery of the new one is free, therefore totally at our expense.
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item and the outcome of the check.
In case of approval, you should choose between these two options:
– receive a coupon of the same amount of the order to be used on the site for a new purchase;
– ask for alternative product.

Return request

If it is a return, however, the item is sent by you to the address that we will indicate. Shipping takes place at your own risk and, therefore, we recommend that you consider a traceable shipping service, or an insurance.
In case of return shipment with cost charged to us, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the item and the outcome of the check.

In case of approval, we will ask you to choose from the following refund methods, which we will have in the following 14 days:
– issue of a credit automatically applied to your credit card, or to the original payment method;
– creation of a coupon of the same amount of the order to be used on the site for a new purchase.
If you have not received a refund within 14 days, check your payment account or account again, then contact the credit card company, PayPal or the institution used to pay. Technical time may be required to register the refund.

When a return or exchange is not approved

The return is not approved if:
– you are not a consumer;
– more than 30 days have passed since the item was delivered;
– your item does not arrive in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in the original packaging.

Other reasons for refunding the order

In case of non-delivery of the order, we will cancel and refund.
We remind you that you have the right to the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods and you can ask, in accordance with the terms of the law, different depending on whether you are a consumer or not, the return of the non-compliant article.
